Booking & Cancellation Policy

Please be aware of the policy regarding first appointments.

When you book an appointment, a 50% deposit is to be paid to secure the appointment.

It is difficult to fill a cancelled appointment without sufficient notice; please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice as well as missed appointments.

There is no charge for rescheduling an appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
