I attended what was meant to be a consultation: the ladies were really accommodating and spent so much time with me. They showed me numerous pieces and allowed me to touch and try them on, try different colours and offered advice on the styles and which were a good match for me. I fell in love with the perfect piece whilst there and what was intended to be a consultation ended with me leaving with my dream hair which was cut and styled to my liking all within a couple of hours. I’ve had so many comments about my hair, it looks completely natural and suits me perfectly. I feel like it’s changed my life, a strong comment to make but very true. I went for my appointment at Verve this morning full of trepidation - I needn't have bothered! Everyone is so lovely, and you're made to feel comfortable and welcome! But seriously, I came out of there 3 hours later feeling like a film star!! I'm utterly incredulous at what they've done for me this morning; I couldn't be happier and would recommend Verve without any hesitation.I’ve had so many comments about my hair, it looks completely natural and suits me perfectly. I was feeling particularly vulnerable and self-conscious when my hair started to fall out in handfuls. But when I arrived at Verve, the staff immediately put me at my ease. There was a private consultation area in case I felt awkward when I took my wig off and we had a good chat about the options and what I wanted going forward. We decided on a colour and a short cut so that I could see just how much hair was really left; I went in with a wig on and came out with a short pixie cut which me and my boyfriend love! It has given me my confidence back; I would highly recommend this salon.

It was great to come back - this my third time visiting, and it gets better each time! I was made to feel comfortable from the very moment I walked through the door. Sandra is a great stylist, friendly and very professional; she listened to what I said and cut my hair how I wanted. I was given advice how to look after my hair which is always a bonus. I highly recommend Verve!

Absolutely amazing! All the staff were so kind, friendly and professional. The 200 miles round trip was well worth it, because my new hair has given me so much more confidence.
