Private Hairdressing

All appointments must be booked in advance and a 50% deposit will be required to secure your appointment. Please note, this will be deducted from your final bill. Appointments are allocated specific time slots. Late arrival may result in reduced service time or cancellation. We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit. Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in 100% of the service cost being charged. You will not be able to rebook until payment has been paid. 

All colour, chemical, and specialist services require a consultation. Patch tests are mandatory at least 48 hours prior to any colour, chemical or specialist service. Failure to attend the required patch test, will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment and your deposit may be forfeited as we will be unable to safely or responsibly proceed. We reserve the right to decline, adapt, or modify services based on patch test results, strand test outcomes, or consultation findings. 

For client safety, patch testing is mandatory prior to all colour services. Patch tests must be completed a minimum of 48 hours prior to any colour appointment to assess for allergies or sensitivity. For lightening services, we may request a stand test to check hair integrity. Strand tests are carried out to assess hair strength, elasticity, porosity, processing tolerance, and colour response. This allows us to determine the safest approach and realistic outcomes before proceeding with full application.

You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or medications that may affect your service. Equally, clients must disclose any known previous adverse reactions, or skin reactions to colour, bleach, or styling products. We will work with you to try and adapt products and techniques where possible. We reserve the right to decline, adapt, or modify services based on this information.

While every effort is made to achieve desired results, outcomes can vary based on hair history, previous colour or chemical treatments, or hair condition and texture. We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction alone. If you are unhappy, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. Where appropriate, adjustments may be offered at our professional discretion.

Colour correction services often require multiple sessions and may incur additional costs. We cannot guarantee replication of reference imagery. Outcomes depend on existing pigment, hair structure and integrity, and previous treatments. We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction alone. If you are unhappy, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so adjustments can be discussed. 

Due to the specialist nature of colouring human hair wigs, toppers, and hairpieces, all services are undertaken entirely at the client’s risk. Hair may respond unpredictably due to previous processing. We cannot guarantee exact colour replication, uniform pigment uptake, or longevity post-colouring. Once colour services have been carried out, refunds, exchanges, or reversals are not possible.
