A consultation is essential before booking the ensure suitability and to tailor the service to your individual hair needs. This treatment is not suitable for clients with sensitised hair or those currently experiencing hair shedding.

Time is determined on an individual basis due to hair length, type and texture. This will be discussed during your consultation. The Keratin Smoothing Treatment may take between 2-4 hours depending on the length and thickness of the hair.
Yes, you can safely colour your hair 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after the treatment. For better results we recommend to bleach/highlight hair 2 weeks before the treatment, or colour/dye the hair 2 weeks after the treatment.Â

Hair will stay straight and frizz free up to 3-5 months depending on original hair condition, lifestyle, and maintenance through aftercare.

Keratin treatments temporarily alter the structure of your hair to make it smoother and less frizzy, which can seem like a change in your natural texture. While they can help repair damaged hair, overuse can lead to damage, affecting your hair's natural state over time. It is all about balance.

To maintain your results, we recommend using sulphate-free, sodium chloride–free shampoos and conditioners, avoiding sea water and chlorine, and waiting at least 72 hours before washing or tying up your hair. Certain shampoos and conditioners will be listed as keratin safe. With the right aftercare, results can last up to three months. If you colour your hair, the keratin treatment must be scheduled either two weeks before or two weeks after your colour service.
