Three Ways to Transform

We will provide you with a consultation to discuss suitability, costs, and the fitting and care of the the hair extensions. It is your responsibility to inform us of any illnesses, conditions (including but not limited to allergies) which you have suffered from in the past, or which you suffer from currently, which may affect the use of the hair extensions. A test micro ring extension will be attached to your hair near to the scalp at your consultation to check for any sensitivity to our products. On the day of the appointment to have the your hair extensions fitted, you will be shown the hair chosen to be used as part of your service for your approval.  Any questions you have regarding the texture and colour should be raised at this time.

We shall provide you with a quote for the cost of the hair extension service. You will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% prior to the appointment for the initial hair extension service. The deposit will be refunded if the test connection indicates that the treatment is not suitable for you. The remainder of the fee for the hair extension service shall be payable by you at the end of the fitting appointment. All future payments for refitting appointments shall be payable on the day of the appointment.

During your consultation, you will select the desired colour and length of the hair extensions you would like fitting. If at your initial fitting appointment, you have questions regarding the texture and colour these should be raised at this time prior to the service being undertaken. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements if you do not like the look or feel of the hair extensions once the hair extensions have been fitted. On the day of your initial hair extension fitting appointment, we will always check in with you to see if you are still happy to proceed with the selection you made during your consultation, as we are able to make exchanges for alternatives if you have changed your mind prior to the hair been fitted.

You are advised to make further appointments with us on a regular basis, which should generally be at 4 to 6 weekly intervals for refitting. It is essential to inform us immediately if you are suffering from any adverse effects from the service. It is essential to inform us promptly and before the service, if you are suffering from any medical ailments, including but not limited to allergies. It is essential not to allow a third party other than our trained staff to alter, remove or otherwise interfere with your hair without our prior, express written consent. Allowing a third party without the proper training and equipment to remove the hair extensions may result in damage to your hair.

We are not able to provide refunds or replacements if you do not like the look or feel of the hair extension services we provide to you, or if the service is affected by new medical illnesses, disorders, or conditions, or conditions that were not previously declared to us in advance of the commencement of the hair extension service. While we try to provide a helpful disguise for hair thinning by providing hair extension services to you, we are not guaranteeing that the hair extensions will be effective. Hair extensions are not a cure for, neither will they alleviate the symptoms of any compulsive or obsessive illnesses that you may suffer from, including any illnesses that may have initially led to hair loss or thinning.  It will not stop or halt the progression of any hair loss conditions.  Our services are intended to cosmetically disguise the effects of any disorders in relation to hair loss or thinning only, and are not a substitute for seeking medical advice or attention in relation to such disorders or illnesses or any associated disorders or illnesses.

It will be explained at the consultation that the nature of alopecia areata results in the hair on the scalp being unpredictable and often unstable. Therefore, at any time, with no external influence the hair could fall and, unfortunately, it is possible that ‘all’ the hair could fall out resulting in alopecia totalis. If your hair is going to fall it will do so with or without the hair service and the implementation of this service should under no circumstances be held responsible for alopecia.

You may cancel your contract at any time. On cancellation we will remove the hair extensions for you at our current removal fee service charge. We may cancel further appointments immediately in the event if we determine, in our reasonable opinion, that you are not a suitable, or become an unsuitable candidate for hair extensions and/or the hair extensions are causing you distress or worsening an existing condition or disorder.

If you believe there is a fault with your hair extensions, you must inform us immediately and we will assess the hair and send the extensions back to the supplier for investigation. We are not able to provide refunds or replacements during this time.
